- No internet connection or login required. Access or update your PRs from anywhere.
- Includes over 100 preloaded workouts like "The Girls," Heroes, and other Named workouts.
- Add custom exercises and workouts easily to tailor to your regimen.
- Tracks barbell lifts, distance-based activities (row, run, swim), and max unbroken reps for skill movements.
- Barbell lifts can be filtered by best efforts on various rep schemes.
- Automatically identifies your PR, prioritizing Rx times over scaled times.
- Data is secure with backups when syncing with iTunes, along with the option for manual backups.
- Weight measurements available in pounds or kilograms for user preference.
